CRUISER TOWABLE 80 Grit Spreader can effectively spread wet AND dry grit, grit/salt mixture or sand. No matter how damp the gritting material, spreading performance will not be impaired. A rubber plate within the hopper moves the grit with a continuous rippling action ensuring it does not clog. Because there are no rotating parts inside the hopper, wear and tear is minimal, giving a long, trouble-free service life. A single lever movement opens a flap in the base of the hopper for easy emptying and cleaning.

CRUISER TOWABLE 80 Grit Spreader uses the unique, patented "minimax" system of controllable spread, with the benefit of minimum and maximum levels. An adjusting handle allows accurate, controlled dosing which eliminates waste and keeps costs down. 

Designed for use with two and four wheel-driven tractors, vans and trucks. CRUISER TOWABLE 80 Grit Spreader can also be towed by passenger cars with the ball hitch (optional extra), and by using the three-point linkage, can be mounted on a mini tractor equipped with this facility. Supplied as standard with a pin-hitch towbar, which can be extended to suit towing conditions.
